How do I create an account
- To create an online account, hover your mouse to the “My Account” icon and click the “Log in”.
- Then enter your email address and click on continue.
- Enter your first and last name and your preferred password in accordance with security standards.
- Add your phone number and Date of Birth (optional).
- You may choose to opt in to our Newsletters or WhatsApp announcements to be on top of our latest offers and benefits.

- Click on “Create an Account”.
- Congratulations! You should then be receiving an email confirmation about your Clarins account.

I have made a purchase in-store, do I already have a personal account on clarins.com?
Your personal account on Clarins.com will not automatically be created when you make a purchase in a Clarins Boutique.
If you provided us with your email address when you made your purchase in-store, it is easy to create your personal account on ae.clarins.com. Your email address will automatically be recognized when you enter it in the login form, and you will receive an email to activate your account. If at the time of purchase you did not provide them your email address, you will need to create your personal account on ae.clarins.com.
