Currently, Clarins.ae delivers within UAE, Oman and Bahrain.

All deliveries are handled by our courier – ARAMEX and QUIQUP. Your delivery will be fully tracked with updates provided via email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the dispatch and delivery process of your order.

Same day delivery (DXB, SHJ, Ajman, AUH) Available from Monday to Saturday when ordering before 12pm : AED 20

 

Next day delivery Available for all days when ordering before midnight: AED 20

Delivery Process:

Upon completion of your order on the website, our Warehouse Team will begin packing the order once your payment has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed.

 

A “ready to ship” message will be sent to our delivery partner to collect the shipment on the same day or the day after, depending on the time you place your order.

 

A dispatch confirmation email, including the ARAMEX or QUIQUP tracking number and delivery details, will be sent to you. You can use this information should you wish to track the status of the shipment on the ARAMEX or QUIQUP website.

 

ARAMEX or QUIQUP will contact you via SMS to provide information about your estimated delivery window.

 

If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the ARAMEX or QUIQUP Operations Center, and a customer service representative will get in touch to rearrange the delivery.
