HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK

  1. What is Club Clarins?

    Club Clarins is our new loyalty program created to reward your love for our brand. As a member, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits—including full-size products, Clarins treatments, and members-only offers—just for shopping on Clarins.ae or Clarins Boutiques and participating in select Clarins activities.

  2. How does the program work?

    Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program. Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarins.ae, in Clarins Boutiques, and participating in select brand activities. The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the more benefits you enjoy—including an even more exciting selection of full-size product rewards! Choose my rewards.

    TIER 1: RED (0-999 points)
    TIER 2: SILVER (1,000-4,499 points)
    TIER 3: GOLD (4,500+ points)

  3. How do I view & manage my Club Clarins membership?

    Visit the sections under 'My Club Clarins' to view your tier status, benefits, and points recap or visit any of our Boutiques to view and manage your Club Clarins membership. You can terminate your membership anytime.

  5. When does my Tier expire?

    You have 1 year from the date you qualified for a given Tier to enjoy its benefits. Depending on how many points you earned in that year, you may re-qualify for this Tier, or upgrade or downgrade to another Tier. You can upgrade even earlier if you earn enough points in a rolling 12-month period. Note that tiers and points will expire at different dates depending on when each was achieved or earned.

LOYALTY POINTS

  1. How do I earn points?

    Earning points is easy! Sign up for Club Clarins = 20 bonus points
    AED 1 spent on Clarins.ae or Clarins Boutiques = 1 point

  2. When will I receive my points?

    Points earned from purchases at Clarins.ae are credited 15 days after delivery. Points from Boutique purchases are added instantly. Please contact us if your points are missing.

  3. When do my points expire?

    Points expire 12 months after each qualifying transaction. If you cancel your membership, all points and tier status will also expire.

REWARDS

  1. How do I redeem my points for rewards?

    Go to “Choose my rewards” in My Account. Add a reward to your bag and checkout. Orders with only free products using points incur AED 20 shipping in UAE or AED 55 in Oman/Bahrain. UAE Gold Tier gets free shipping. Rewards are also redeemable at Clarins Boutiques.

  2. How do I use my Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher?

    Vouchers are valid 6 months from redemption and usable for AED 300+ purchases at Clarins.ae. Enter the code at checkout under "Loyalty Code". Only one voucher can be used per order. Any remaining balance will be lost. You can also use it in-store at Clarins Boutiques.

  3. When do my Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher expire?

    Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers expire 6 months after redemption. Check expiry under My Account.

  4. How do I return or exchange a reward?

    Club Clarins rewards are not returnable or exchangeable. For product issues,let us know and we'll assist you.

  5. How do I track my rewards order?

    Track reward shipments under Order History in My Account.

RETAIL PURCHASES

  1. Can I redeem my points in a Clarins Boutique?

    Yes, you can! Enjoy exclusive in-store experiences too.

  2. SPA Treatment Redemption

    When redeeming a spa treatment in the boutique, you must have enough points at the time of your treatment to qualify for a free treatment.

    Precious treatments are excluded. Only applicable on a list of treatments.
