How often should I apply my day cream or face moisturiser?
How often you should moisturise depends on your skin type. Typically, it is recommended to apply facial moisturiser twice a day: once in the morning with a day cream and again before bed with a night cream.
If your environment is cold and dry, this can lead to tightness or tension on your skin. Therefore, you should apply more moisturiser throughout the day.
