Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Participation in this Promotion will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate.

1. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase at one of the 6 Clarins boutiques in the UAE (boutiques list available here) or via the official Clarins UAE website (www.clarins.ae) between June 1st and June 30th, 2025. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the UAE. Employees of Clarins and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

2. How to Enter:
Eligible customers will automatically be entered into the prize draw when they:

• Spend a minimum of AED 800 in a single transaction = 1 entry
• Spend a minimum of AED 1000 in a single transaction = 2 entries

Multiple entries are permitted with multiple qualifying purchases.

3. Entry Channels:
Purchases must be made:

• At any official Clarins boutique in the UAE, or
• Online at www.clarins.ae (UAE site only)

4. Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive the following prize, valid for 4 people:

• Round-trip flights from Dubai to Paris
• Two (2) nights' stay at a Disneyland® Paris hotel
• Three (3) days' access to the Disneyland® Paris theme park

The prize is valid for one (1) year from the date of the draw, subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by Disneyland Paris.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Draw and Winner Notification:
The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by Clarins on July 3rd, 2025 in the UAE.
The winner will be contacted via phone using the details provided during their purchase. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 10 days, Clarins reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Personal Data:
By participating in the promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Clarins for the purposes of administering the draw. The winner's personal data will be shared with Disneyland® Paris and relevant travel providers solely for the purpose of organizing and fulfilling the prize.

7. General Conditions:

• Only valid purchases made between June 1 - 30, 2025, are eligible
• Clarins reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any fraudulent or incomplete entries
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Clarins, which are final

8. Governing Law:
This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
