Shopping | Tracking Your Order

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing, please contact our Customer Service team on +971 4 299 61 11 or email customercare.me@clarins.com

You will then receive another email from us once your order has been dispatched. Within this email will be your Fedex tracking reference number to track your order online or via their app. On average, your order should take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive.
