Shipping | Delivery Information

Due to our current offers we are receiving a higher than usual volume of orders. Once you have received your order confirmation email, this confirms that our team are working hard to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days for the delivery of your order. We thank you for your patience and we hope you enjoy your Clarins products!

Currently ae.clarins.com delivers within United Arab Emirates only.

All deliveries are made by our courier Fedex; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS throughout the dispatch and delivery of your order.

On the morning of your delivery, Fedex will contact you to advise your estimated one hour delivery window alongside the name of your driver.

A signature will be required upon receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders of 250 AED or more.

For orders below 250 AED, the delivery fee is 20 AED for standard delivery.
